Social Media Content Creation and Production Agreement

​

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Client's Name], hereinafter referred to as "Client," and [Alliance Style Your Brand SYB], hereinafter referred to as "Provider," for the creation and production of social media content according to the terms and conditions set forth below:

1. Service Description:
The Provider agrees to create and produce high-quality content for the Client's social media platforms, in accordance with the selected package:

​

- 4-week content mode ($1500):
- 16 high-resolution photos by @leeloshots
- 4 high-resolution reel-type videos by @leeloshots
- Professional model: @monicadelgado
- Creative content direction by @monicadelgado
- Special unboxing in stories by @monicadelgado
- Content portfolio/visual schedule by @michellebenitez
- Community manager and monthly publication by @michellebenitez. (____) select

- 8 high-resolution photos by @leeloshots
- 2 high-resolution reel-type videos by @leeloshots
- Professional model: @monicadelgado
- Creative content direction by @monicadelgado
- Special unboxing in stories by @monicadelgado

2. Timelines and Delivery:

The Provider agrees to deliver the content within a period of 15 to 20 days from the date the necessary products for production are received. The Client agrees to provide the required products in a timely manner as requested by the Provider.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

The Client shall be the sole owner of all intellectual property rights to the content created and produced under this Agreement. The Provider hereby assigns and transfers all intellectual property rights to the Client, waiving any claims or rights to the content.

4. Payment and Fees:

The Client shall pay the Provider the total amount corresponding to the selected package prior to the commencement of the service. The fees are non-refundable.

5. Use of Content:

The Client has the right to use the content created and produced by the Provider on their social media platforms and for any other purpose related to the promotion of their brand. The Client agrees not to modify or use the content in a manner that may harm the reputation of the Provider.

6. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information and materials exchanged during the execution of this Agreement.

7. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy such breach within a period of 15 days from the notification.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas.
